## Hard rules
1. Prefer real people / generated world over generated people in real plates when possible.
2. Diagnose the seam before fixing: motion blur / shutter, handheld DNA, grain/texture.
3. Plan the seam at shoot time — ending state of live beats, shutter angle, handheld description, last-frame reference, grain pass.
4. Match-on-action and cutting on action still apply at the AI/real join.
5. Treat handheld amplitude/frequency and grain as explicit specs, not vibes.
